Methodological-theoretical debates have always been one of the most important topics in the field of science and epistemology; Because they draw the line between science and pseudo-science. Cohen, Lakatos, and Popper's efforts have been to analyze the enigma of science, thought, and thought, and have always dominated the construction of scientific and philosophical space. In this research, the author seeks to answer two combined questions from a comparative perspective: 1- What are the most important methodological-theoretical foundations and distinguishing features in the approach of Popper, Cohen and Lakatos? 2- While explaining the critiques of Popper, Cohen and Lakatosh's views, what are the practical results of each of them in the field of political science and knowledge? The results indicate that each of the intellectual-methodological systems, along with the shortcomings, have strengths, applications and explanations that can be useful in solving or answering some aspects of the methodological issues of political science and society crises and politics.
